Technical Support unable to install windows help

i hav try it by disabling secure boot but it couldnt start
also try to re flash bios on mother board still the same
also try to flash by combining pwr+vlume- to fash but it doesnt start
also in bios setup there is start easy flash option also i try that it says "ffu start"

What is a laptop model?
What is the type of Windows? UEFI or Legacy
Do you install Windows bootable flash or CD?
Do you have a boot list in the boot menu?
