Technical Support Dell Precision 5520 stuck after re-install Win10

Hello Support team,

We have problem with Dell Precision 5520. when we reinstall original Win10 it have error and stuck.
Please share with me bios bin or other solution how to fix. I will try to re-flash if it is a main problem ?

Did you use USB when you installed the Windows or did you do it from within Windows Desktop?
Have you tried another SSD?
You can also try to reinstall the windows to the SSD on another laptop and then place it back in the original Laptop and see if it boots up.

My guess is that your SSD is bad. Swap it out

Yes. We used usb key when we installed win10

Both SSD disks are new. Perfect condition.

I recommend you try install windows to the SSD from another computer and then place it back to this Laptop and see if it works, before any more troubleshooting.
