Many problems cause this defect.
BIOS is very important
Charging IC
Input MOSFETs and components for adapter detectors
Breakdown io
Problems in after-boot circuits
and ...

I can not explain in one line how to solve this problem. You should do the initial checks and give us more information.

sir i'm programing bios but not fix above error. sir plz look at attach file. very heat TPS54319 IC.

remove PAD5 and test again . if tps ic will be hot , change it . Otherwise the device ram is burned out and needs to be replaced
