Technical Support hp probook 4540s blinking 5times

Please I have one hp probook 4540s that if I on it, it will on but not displaying and the caplock led is showing 5blinking continuously and then stop.
what could it be the solution please. I will be very glad if you can get back to me asap

look closely there is must b some kind of water submerge on any resistor or on i/o chip
