Hi, I am missing the 3.3V on the enable pin for the VCore on the buck converter chip. Once the chip is enabled I should get 1V for VCore. See attached image. I tested the 3.3V main inductor it's working. Any ideas where should I look?

Hello
It is better to diagnose from the schematic, and if the exact schematic of this model is not available, diagnose from the schematic of similar devices.
Or find the IC datasheet and troubleshoot from it.
Usually ICs have an input voltage that is considered IC power supply. Apart from power supply, IC enabler must also be included in it.
If there is no connection to the ground in the output of the IC, there must be an output.
So we have to check that the input voltage and the enable signal enters the IC and that there is no connection to the ground at the output of the IC. If everything was correct and there was no output, the IC is damaged and must be replaced, or one of the parts around it, such as a resistor, capacitor, or diode. which is damaged in connection with the IC..
