the bin in question is not in good condition the PC turns on without display

Indeed it is the same as the old bios

In fact it is the same as the old bios but only that what you sent makes the fan run strongly and the pc displays

Obviously it's the same copy as the old BIOS but it doesn't always work

It's done because with the new bios it doesn't always work but as soon as I put the old bin file back the PC turns on and with the same errors as at the beginning
