Sir or Mam I have R23 bord . It is in dead condishan . Please provide a video or repair it . There is no volt on 3 5 supply . Pl20 and pl21 . Please help me . I have change IC . But no result .

do you volt check at all ?
b+ and ldo voltages is present ?
