Mam i have la-b092p motherboard . 3 5 supply is ok bios 3volt ok but bord is in dead condition . May you send me a video of it how may i solve it .

Whats the Clk_Signal?
Power button voltage ?
Check if u have VCC_sus för SIO.. 3.3 , that voltage could come from either 3VPCU, or RTC circuit.
Post more information.
