This file not worked properly, the SSD stop appearing,the service tag does not appear,either it behaves differently ,the keyboard also has a sound ,CAN YOU GIVE OTHER FILE

device is HP or Dell ?!
even this there are problem of reading ssd
SSD NOT INTALLED
can't check that problem from bios file
