Have you tried with another LCD?
If you have this problem with other LCs, you should take the voltage from the LVDS jack.
Usually, you should have 19V adapter voltage, 3V brightness , 3V enable and 3V power supply on the jack pins.
If you have the LCD part, you can get help from the LCD data sheet to check the LVDS jack voltages.
