CAN I GET ANY IDEA WHY MY LENOVO EC470 POWER BUTTON LED BLINKING 3 TIMES AND NEVER TURN ON? I CHANGE THE BIOS AND HARD RESET BUT IT START FOR A WHILE BUT AGAIN BLINKING 3 TIMES
