Lenovo G505 CPU Problem USB Disconnection

There is a Lenovo G505 laptop which turns on with no display. By plugging adaptor to power supply, ampere is on 0.07, before laptop turns on. This means motherboard has disconnection, because ampere normally should be on 0.01 or 0.02.
