Hello, When I start the device, the backlight lights up on the screen, as if the image will come, but the image does not appear, but when I press the capslock and numlock keys, the lights flash, I found 2 bios on the site, I wrote and tried both, but the problem continues, I removed my own screen and only connected it to the external screen, there is gray as if the screen will come, but there is no image, what can I try, is there any other bios I can try, thanks in advance.
