Technical Support Lenovo Legion 5 nm-d601 rev 0.1 dosen't start

Hello

I have a lenovo legion 5 with nm-d601 motherboard

When i press power button , the button turn on but the laptop dosent start

the fans dosent spin and the cpu stays cold

The battery charges fine and i have the 3.3 , 5 , and 1,8 volts.

Any ideas?
