Hi I am missing my 1.2v power rail.
I have no shorts . Please see video attached

i5 8th gen.

at first reprogram bios and ec .
disconnect adaptor and battery and inject 1.2v to that coil and thermal check all components .

Do I need a special tool to flash ecc

Do you know if I must program excel because I have only 1 bin file it is the bios file and it fit on the bios chip
