Technical Support MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX Strange CPU problem

Hi,

I have a MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX that has a constant CPU Light on.
First the BIOS was flashed, and after the first flash the board went from CPU Light to Memory Light in a loop. I realized it was the wrong bios file. Flashed the correct one from the MSI site. Again only a CPU Light and does not go to Memory Light.
The Coils of the CPU output 0.9V with a Ryzen 2600 and the CPU gets really hot.
The Coils of the memory have voltage.
The CPU socket was tested with a CPU socket tester and all connections are fine.
What can be the next steps? The CPU Stage seems to not pass for some reason.

There may be a delay in the image. After programming, wait 2 minutes for the image to appear. Be sure to test with a few other BIOS files. Clean the RAM and its socket. Check if you have a reset signal on the base of 30 RAM slots?
