Technical Support Strix B450-F Gaming. No USB ports working

Hello. Please can anyone advise on this problem, I'm not an expert. I have an ASUS Strix B450-F gaming motherboard and none of the USB ports work with my mice or keyboard. So far I have tried...

Testing the ports get 5v (They do)
Checking fuses behind the ports (All good)
Checking EMI filters (All good)
No shorted capacitors around the small QNF IC's behind the ports
Tried a PCI-E USB adapter, still no mouse/keyboard detected
Removed and updated the BIOS chip, I copied across the details from the old BIOS such as serial number, MAC address, etc (Same problem)

If anybody knows what I should try next or knows why this problem is happening please let me know.

Have u checked (+ - ) for data lines on USB? Is there communication?
Have u tried with another HDD(operating system)?

Do you have schematics of the board?
Do some more checks and revert back to us. thx
