my bios programmer cannot read this two bios chip

hello, my bios programmer is EZP2019+, when i try to check bios chip informations, i have this message : Unknown chip ID = C2 25 37 please choose the compatibility type manually
chips are MXIC 25U6473F and MXIC 25U6435F
if you know equivalents or how to program that chip with my programmer, please let me know .

Why did u decide to remove and program the Bios chip? We can start there..

Maybe you placed the chip, but not in the correct way?
Have u tried to clean the pins on the module for the chip?
Have u tried to reinstall your programmer software?
Is the software up to date?
Maybe the BIOS IC is corrupt(broken)?
