thinking that I had made a backup of my bios, I erased the chip, and now all the bios that I take, do not work, the fan even does not turn any more, whereas with the starting bios the pc turned on, all voltages on the motherboard were present but no picture. i need help please

Thanks a lot, just Checked and seen that processor is shorted. Problem on motherboard.
