Technical Support Need help identifying this type of inductor

Hi,

I opened a desktop power supply to fix it. Replaced two bulged capacitors and worked fine for about 1 hour and suddenly the power supply made a blowing noise. I opened it and saw burning marks near the inductor as shown in the picture. When removing the heat resistant tape around the inductor the 3rd leg got broken. The two parallel legs show continuity. I dont know what this 3rd leg is all about. Please help me. Thank you.
