Technical Support need help on hp 840 g4

hi, when i flash the bios of the computer, i have the boot just after plugging in the charger. I can leave on the desktop and do whatever I want. but as soon as I turn off the computer, I can't turn it back on. I still need to flash the bios for it to turn on. and it's been 6 times that I repeat this process with 3 different bios files. I do not know what to do.

It is better to change the IC BIOS.
Replace the 32.768 Hz crystal.
Sometimes the failure of other components such as RAM or CPU or ICs on the board causes the system not to turn on.
Check the temperature of ICs and chipsets.
Make sure the power supply is healthy.
