Technical Support Need help with a Lenovo L490

Hello so I unlocked the L490 by reading the epprom and writing the same file back to the motherboard. After doing this like any other unlock I had to reprogram the serial number MTM and UUID. But the tool I am using keeps saying that the epprom is write protected. I am using this tool GitHub - ASparkOfFire/lenovo-u1-tool: Lenovo Uone Tool for Updating machine's Serial and Model information in UEFI/BIOS.
I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on how to update the Laptop Info please and thank you!
