hi i changed i/o because its burned.after programmed ec and bios. so every volgtage have but pl9 cpu core havent.pu9008 pin no 1 havent voltage and ec 125 pin havent voltage cpu_vr_on and ec_vr _on havent voltage. pl9 80 ohm.whats my problem?

You should check the voltages before these voltages and see they exist ?! You can use Table Power Sequence Block to do this . ex :
susp# and susp ?
sus_vccp ?
