ı have problem with bq24780s ic many time.this chip always acok missing.acdet ok regn ok . no short circuit when i jumper mosfet working mother board and batery charging what is my problem

Bring all the MOSFETs in and test them out completely. The MOSFET may be burnt and not visible on the board.

Test the ohmic resistors around the IC.
The connection between the BIOS and the charging IC and the IO and the battery is via data and clock.
It may be damaged in the path of a component. Or one of these components may have a problem.
