Technical Support Not detect keyboard HP MINI 210-1014TU

I have a problem on the HP MINI 210-1014TU not detecting the keyboard even though I replace a new keyboard, on the CN20 socket the required voltage appears all (pins 25,26,27 and pin 30 all appear 3volt).
Please help with the solution, which block should I check?
is it possible that the IO is broken?

check rp3 and rp4 if keyboard socket is ok .
if all of them is ok replace io with new one .
