Sorry if this was asked before but how do you install the .bin file on a Dell?
I went through their site and online and couldn't find a way to do it through the BIOS, only from an installer.
Am I missing something?

there is a bios chip on the motherboard. you should read/write it

I see. So there is no way that I can use command prompt or software to update the chip then?
