Technical Support Part Identification Help

Hello, Please can somebody help me identify the part shown on these photos? I'm struggling to find it and it needs replacing as it has blown. It is from a Samsung 870 QVO Evo V-Nand SSD. The connector was physically damaged so I replaced it and it looks like the pins on the bad port might have touched before I got it. I traced this part from a bad reading on the diode, removed the diode and it was fine then found this connected to it, its got a hole in the top.

I think I can get it going again if I can find the part. Thank you

Such ICs are usually hard to find and must be removed from damaged motherboards.

Ah that's a shame. Thanks for letting me know. I'll try and find a used drive on eBay and get it from that
