i just patched the bios file you sent above with unlock service
check the file carefully because there is no other way

IF this info helps this one has slightly late display.
and with DMI Tool it has the same SN and ID with the first one But on the case cover a diffrent one.
does this happen if its a Refurbished PC or has it been Programmed.
