Please I have one Dell xps 9560 when I on it does not show up to the scree, and I try to re-program the bios with full dump file, but still the same this.

Hello check processor supplies or processor is dead.

Also check the VGA output.
Service and replace RAM and CPU.
Intel the graphics chipset if possible.
