Hello I have not experienced this problem, if possible, make a video of the problem.
This problem may be fixed by installing Windows. When I searched the net, I found that to reinstall, you need to use two USB converters, one for Windows Flash and the other for an external keyboard. Select the boot with the volume up key or enter the BIOS settings with the F2 key.
