IT WON'T TURN ON, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS ALL THE VOLTAGES. THE CUSTOMER TELLS ME THAT THE BIOS WAS UPDATED AND SINCE THEN IT HAS NOT TURNED ON.

usually when the device goes off while updating , most of times causes damage on other parts of the board too
