Technical Support Samsung NP350V5C only same times gives image

Hello
This Samsung NP350V5C have no image , so i update both bios ( with files attached) , and image ok , the problem is that
same time it has no image , for example i turn it on and image ok and i test and it stays for same hours working fine , but
i turn it off and power again and no image ... this board only have cpu and intel chipset , can it be a problem in the
intel?
What do you think ?

what is the motherboard model number ?

problem solved, its was bios problem , i try another with same model but diferent rev and it works fine
