already tried , but after coonecting to wifi , the same message shows again

the first thing i did was reformat the software with windows 10 , the the message dissapear after fee minutes i coonect to wifi then the same message show, so i have reformat again for the 2nd time but still the same , i flash the bios , but after i connect to wifi same message shows up ,any idea?
