hello,can someone help me about this laptop, board number Z50CR S1202-2 , SONY VAIO SVE151B11N

There is no 3v3 and 5v on PL410 and PL4102
I checked the PU4103 IC this the voltage reading
Vreg3 = 3v3
vreg5 = 5v
VIN = 19v
EN = 3v3
boot2= 4.2v
ugate2 = 0v
phase2 = 0v
Lgate2 = 0v
Vout2 = 0v
Entrip2 = 1.5v
Ref = 2v
Tonsel =2v
Skipsel= 3v3
ENC = 0v
Entrip1 = 0v
FB1 = 0v
Vout1 = 0v
Lgate1 = 0v
Phase1 = 0v
Boot1 =4.5v
Ugate1 = 0v
Pgood = 0v

Sir when i connect the battery and power supply .. Any idea what is the issue here sir? Is the charging ic have problem?. In pin 10 of charging ic which is ILM i checked the datasheet when ILM pin falls below 75mV charge is disabled and if ILM rises above 105mV it is enabled.. When i checked the voltage it only give 0.3v.

disconnect battery from motherboard and check voltage . if 3.3v and 5v always not present maybe 3.3v or 5v shorted to ground . check that

Sir when battery is disconnected 3.3v and 5v are not present on the mosfet and coil.. But 3v3 and 5v always on are present on the ic pin.. I also check the two mosfet they are good and all the capacitor near

The problem is i dont have the parts.. Hehe .. Thank you sir for possible solution for this.. This is the charging ic bq24725A is there other compatible ic for this ?
