Technical Support surface laptop 2

hello!
i have this surface laptop 2 and it stays in logo all the time.
I have tried 3 bios and it does the same thing, even with battery disconnected.
It doesn't enter bios setup.
Any idea what the problem can be?

disconnect every thing such as wifi , hard , ... and test
