Technical Support Toshiba Satellite A665 Not Power ON

Motherboard Model: NWQAA LA-6062p rev:2.0 with Discrete Graphics
ON DC Power Supply When I Press Power Button It takes 0.31 Milli amps with in second it reaches to Zero
I checked Motherboard Voltage
19V On Current Sensor Resistor Present
+3VL Present
+5VL Present
+5VALW Present
+3.3ALW Present
VTTP Voltage Inductor Ohm's is 7.8 Ohms. I think This is PCH Supply .

Most likely, you have a problem with the voltages after turning on, so you should check all the voltages in ohms.
