File Request Triton 500 , PT515-51

My predator triton 500
PT515-51 is facing an issue

Everything was okay few days back
But now
It is not able to boot into the OS
Neither the installed version nor from live boot


But if I add "acpi= off" to the kernel params while live booting ubuntu I am able to boot to OS for around 2 mins and then fans spin to High speed and laptop restarts

If so, how do I flash this files to my laptop?
