Technical Support Trouble opening tutorial video.

I'm sorry, but I'm ignorant about what to do? The two attachments won't load at the same time with 7-Zip archive opener. If I run part 1 by itself it goes to error for mp4. I know this isn't what you want; but I thought I would just add a little more information.

Admin, asked for a video of you trying to open the video file.. do u have a video u can share here?

I don't know how to make a video. I haven't had any other troubles opening your tutorials. Why don't you take one of your standby computers and download the attachment files, and then trying to open the download with 7_ZIP. If it works for you, I will give up.

send the link of tutorial video article which you downloaded.
and you can use bandicam software to make the video of that error

i downloaded both parts and extracted and it was OK !
there was no problem .
you need to download both parts and extract only Part1
the Part2 will be extracted automatically after it
also notice that your extractor software need to be updated .
it should be a new version

I downloaded a new 7-ZIP program. It took care of the problem.
