Ok. Just program those 2 ICs.

So I am having an issue. After programming the two ics I found it is starting to light up (keyboard backlight and power light) I get fan spin but no logo. Am I missing something?

I forgot to mention that after the fan spins and the keyboard light ups the laptop shuts off after 3-5 seconds and then restarts with the same symptoms.

The hardware checks out. And with the old bios files it boots, just has a bios password.
