Technical Support Acer Aspire 5740/5340 not powering up

I have this Acer that all the power blocks are working fine but is not coming on, I have use the camera thermal to see something is wrong with the 19v supply to the board the ic TPS51125 was hating up, but to my knowledge I believe that's not the problem and the power button have 3.5v. Can someone please tell me what am missing thank.

1. why you think heating up of that ic is normal ???
2. on power button you must have 3.3v not 3.5 volt it is unormal .
3. heating up of that ic is sign of problem of that ic or problem on 3.3 or 5 volt line . ohm check of that lines .

Hi sir, thanks for the reply and correction it was 3.2 on the power button my mistake. And I have just repaired the board by flash the bios U16 on the motherboard and now board is working problem solve thanks to for the support.
