Technical Support LA-D702P powering on but no dispaly.

Hello.
Questin 1.I have hp board la-d702p starts when power button pressed but no display. Re programmed bios but nothing.
Question2. Toshiba DABU5DMB8E0 REV:E board starts but restarts after showing windows 7 logo.
Question 3. Acer aspire a515. Board model zaur DAZAURMB8D0 REV : D Problem is no power no indicator light.3.3 and 5 are present on board.
Any possible solution.

In the first case:
RAM and RAM slot service should be done. Test with another BIOS file as well
Wait at least 5 minutes after the BIOS program, there may be a delay in the image.
Check the voltage of the motherboard. They may not have been produced correctly.

In the 2 case:
Reinstall Windows.
If it resets during Windows installation, check the RAM
Failure of ICs on the motherboard, such as sound and graphics ICs, can also cause this problem.
Measure the voltage.

The third case:
Program again with another file.
Program ICIO as well.
Check the resistance of the coils on the board to see if there is any connection.
Check that the 3.3 V LDO voltage is stable.
