Technical Support Acer es 13 fan full blast

Does any one encounter this problem?

when the laptop is off the fan spin at full blast eventuall draining the battery. But when you turn on the laptop the fan does no spin at all.

and kindly share boardview and schematic too,.

Does the laptop have an image at all?

yah, its all normal except that fan,.
