sorry sir can you help me
i have a case on acer swift 3 SF314-41 with board code ( 18848-1) in pu4408 mosfet code SM4378NSKPC-TRG-GP 19V does not cross because the gate has no voltage
pins 5-8= 19V
pin 4= 0v
pins 1-3= 0v

pin 4 is directly connected to the charger ic bq24781 (PWR_CHG_ACG)
can you help me or give me a solution please

Hello
Mark the MOSFET on the map.
If you mean the first input MOSFET, do the following steps: First, take out the MOSFETs of the charging circuit and test.

Then check the whole board in terms of diode resistance. If everything is normal, you should focus on IC charging. It should have a 19V IC supply base, a 2.5V detect base, and a 24V drive base AND 6 volts in the internal IC regulator.
