Technical Support Acer Swift 3 sf314-51 won't charge battery

Hi everyone!
I need some guidance.
My client brought to me this laptop. MBnum: CA4DB_10L REV:2.2
The original charger went away and it won't charge the battery. Charging led just blink amber color.
Laptop works fine, with/without battery.
I replaced battery with a new 2 aftermarket battery, same issue.

I'm tested few component's with multimeter.
Q8800-OK /Q8801-OK /R880-OK /Q8802-OK
replaced to new the charging pwm ic (U8800), same issue

Battery connector measurement

without battery pin 1,2: 3,1V pin 3: 0V pin 4: 3,2V pin 5: 3.2V pin 6: 3.2V

-with battery without charger: pin 1,2: 11,6V pin 3: 0V Pin 4: 0,5V Pin 5: 3,2V Pin 6: 3,2V -with battery +charger same prev.

if anyone has idea please shere with me..

The charging circuit is normal. Batteries are more likely to break.
