You dont say any thing about your problem !!! Is Laptop working correctly or not ?
Do you nvram reset ???

i dont know what is laptop problem !!! laptop is off or just fan speed high ??
if you need help you must say anything bro .
what did you test ( voltcheck , ohm check ,.....) , No one can help you if you just say "Fan rotation is high" .
Whenever you learn the right way to ask for help or guidance, then expect help.

i have seen this problem very often and i thought you knew what i was talking about

just changed bios chip and everything was ok. i assembled the laptop and it was ok then i just turned it off and on again and this happend.
