Technical Support aspire VN7-591

Hello. We have no video on Acer Aspire VN7-591G, with an external GPU, we tried reflow, also flashed BIOS, all voltages present looks like it´s working but no video on output. We also disassembled display part, tried other display, all normal options has been tested.

with an external GPU ???!!! do you means discrete gpu ?
if yes : WHAT IS MOTHERBOARD MODEL NUMBER ? ( for get best and fast tips , give more information )
do you test with crt or hdmi ?

if not : i dont know what your means .
