Hello, I have an ASUS G531GW that Not turning on.
I have checked the first 2 MOSFETs and the other is not short but the surprise on the board is 4v only, I have fixed this type of laptop but it was short somewhere here I don't really see any.

The laptop just turned off and dead.
I have replaced the first MOSFET just in case but still the same issue

Please check the photo attached

Is there anyone here who encounter this issue before?

You have a problem with the charging circuit. You have to test MOSFET. Also test the motherboard for resistance. It is possible that one of your voltages is connected and the charging IC has ordered the input voltage to be cut off. For example, you have a connection at a voltage of 3 volts or B+ and it causes the charging circuit components to burn.

Hello, thank you so much for your answer, I have replaced the charging ic, now is 20v after the second mosfet, but is still not turning on. I connected the power supply and is draining 0.025A.
Any idea about this?

Check the heat of the motherboard. Especially the IC producing voltages of 3 volts and 5 volts, which should produce the main voltage of the IC IO. Check the voltage on the switch button should be 3.3 volts.

Hello, I found the issue but unfortunately, now I am missing 1.2v for the ram and I can't figure out what it is. No short or anything
Was the power management ic.
