Technical Support HP pavilion dv4 wsnd rev 2.1 not turning on

Hello, I am just new on this forum and seems to be great!

Now I came across an issue with a hp pavilion dv4 wsnd rev 2.1 laptop, Basically is turning on for a second then off/on (like a boot loop)
I checked the main power rails and there is not short.
I have checked the bios voltage and looked ok.
Now the ram voltage comes for a second then goes to zero and again...

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Tell the exact model of the board or upload a schematic link of your device. Did you program the BIOS? These models of devices are old and usually have a problem with the graphics chipset.

Hello, I was looking for a schematic but I am not sure if the right one is the one that I found It.
The laptop model is Hp Pavilion DV 4 5015tx
On The motherboard, I can only see WSND Main Board Rev 2.1, and some labels EC9A7436C94C, Hp Spare 676761-001
Video is Nvidia,
I Programmed bios and is same.
