Technical Support Asus GL553V Turn off when loading system

Hi,
I have this laptop:
GL553VE-FY101
The main problem with this laptop: turning on, in bios works fine for hours, when trying to boot windows 10 from internal/external SSD, pendrive, suddenly turn off.
I found damaged/burned IC (SIC631) in the processor VRM circuit. I replaced with a new, but nothing has changed. Before it has turned of, it makes a strange sizzling sound.
Someone has any idea what cause the main problem?

Thanks, I forgot to write. I tested before and i also disconnect every periferias:usb board, wifi, battery, ect..

at first if you didnt reprogram bios do it now ,
voltcheck that line when system in booting mode , and see what happening in booting .
