Its only circuit with low resistance on the motherboard
Pin1 vcc is in short with pin16 VSS, this is an programmable io tomorrow i will take it out of circuit and measure resistance(tomorrow)! if resistance goes up kow i fin d firmware?

Usually the IO of this model gets hot when it burns. I do not think this model can be programmed.
